The breakfast spread excellent. This is definitely one of the best hotel chains in Japan.

The staff were really friendly. I arrived a couple hours early and I was able to leave my bags at the front desk. They were also able to recommend a place to eat and gave me clear directions. The breakfast had a small variety but was really tasty!

The hotel chain, Super Hotels, has a great breakfast selection, focused on natural ingredients and local delicacies. Also, when you arrive at this particular chain, they give you a welcome drink at the bar, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. When I was there, they had several different types of local apple juices, a speciality of Aomori prefecture - a bit like wine-tasting but with apple juices! I also liked the fact that there was an onsen bath, although it's a public bath it's well worth it.

The staff were amazing, and the driver took us to the aquarium and back on our last morning before we took the train back to Aomori. Art hotel has a bigger property in hirosaki and it seems it is an aomori brand? Nice decor with Nebuta. Room has view to the city and I guess it's an advantage of smaller town hotels compared to big cities' hotels.
