Everything was perfect, it exceeded my expactations. The kindness of the owner (he is a real model of how the owner should treat a tourist!), the cleanness of the room (very spacious, too!), the central position (1 min from the railway station and 2 min from the cathedral). In the room you have plenty of space for putting your things (many drawers, large wardrobe, etc.). Easy check in and check out, easy communication with the owner. Will definitely recommend this place and will certainly be back! I strongly recommend it. Thank you, Gabriele!

Spacious and clean rooms, maybe e little bit dated but very functional including eg airco, large closets and refrigerator. Very nice host who welcomed us with our baby with warm attention. Had one of the best-ever ravioli for dinner. Nice garden and scenery incl next door sheep farm - spiaggi Lampianu is great for a swim.

Lovely place. Car is mandatory. Better speak enough italian If you need more support. Public transport is tricky. Owners don't live on the property (my fault to get that wrong) We got a lot of help/ food from very kind guests. Very clean, plenty of towels. Extremely cute cat. Very good value for money.

The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The host was extremely nice, welcoming and caring. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend staying at Grota Delle Fate to anyone.
